Freeze Protection

If the pipe flow temperature drops to 6°C, then the pipe is at risk of freezing and becoming damaged. In order to avoid possible freeze damage, the actuator opens the valve to 95% or maintains the current position if it is already more than 95%. The 6°C is an absolute temperature, any user-offset is ignored.
