An offset occurs between the flow temperature sensor installed in the MLR003 and the actual temperature in the water circuit. (This offset is due to thermal transitions: a temperature drop in the valve itself, and via the valve connection/adapter to the MLR003 sensor.) This offset is compensated by the automatic offset correction function in the MLR003.

 

Therefore, the device uses the following automatic offset correction:
