Milesight MLR003 REVISION Check from FPORT 0x02

  1. Enter the “DEV EUI”, “Type“, “Payload“ and “Port” number in the “Packets“ tab of the Milesight UG65 Gateway and click “Send”

  2. Example

    DEV EUI: 11-22-33-44-55-66-77-88 Type: hex Payload: 00 Port: 2

  3. The downlink will be sent to the device

  4. The REV details will be sent on FPORT 0x02 on the second uplink, after sending the downlink

  5. The flow is as follows

    Send Downlink on FPORT 2 Uplink on FPORT 1 (*) Uplink on FPORT 2 (REV Details) Uplink on FPORT1…. * (device has received the downlink and will send an answer on FPORT 2 in the next uplink)

     

  6. The Milesight will send a “base64“ and “hex“ payload on FPORT2 containing the REV details.

  7. Use the “Micropelt Payload Decoder Tool“ to check the REV number by pasting the “base64“ or “hex“ value in Decoder tab MLR003 Payload Encoder/Decoder
