Milesight MLR003 Change PID Parameters FPORT 0x07
Use the “Micropelt Payload Tool” to generate the hex/base64 payload by entering the necessary P, I or D parameters. Copy the corresponding hex/base64 payload.
Enter the “DEV EUI”, “Type“, “Payload“ and “Port” number in the “Packets“ tab of the Milesight UG65 Gateway and click “Send”

DEV EUI: 11-22-33-44-55-66-77-88 Type: hex Payload: 00000000 <- Enter the hex payload obtained from the "Micropelt Payload Tool" here Port: 7
The downlink will be sent to the device and will accept the new parameters
The parameter details will be sent again on FPORT 0x07 on the second uplink, after sending the downlink for confirmation
The flow is as follows
Send Downlink on FPORT 7 Uplink on FPORT 1 (*) Uplink on FPORT 7 (PI Parameters) Uplink on FPORT1…. (device has received the downlink and will send an answer on FPORT 7 in the next uplink)
The Milesight will send a “base64“ and “hex“ payload on FPORT7 containing the actual PI.
Use the “Micropelt Payload Decoder Tool“ to verify the parameters by pasting the “base64“ or “hex“ value in Decoder tab
Generate HEX payload in “Micropelt Payload Tool“ for FPORT 7
